Do something every single day that makes you happy. Remember to be grateful and stay away from negative thoughts and people. Instead of focusing on the negatives in your life, give yourself credit for everything positive and good that you’ve done to bring you this far. When you think about your situation, no matter what it is, realize there are some people who couldn’t overcome what you’re experiencing. You’re still standing. As long as you’re still standing there is Hope. Quitting should never be an option. Have faith and exercise it daily.
